What is an MLM Binary Plan?

By Larry Franklee

You've done your required groundwork and are almost ready to take the plunge and start your own internet promotion business. Then you heard the words "MLM binary" and, while you nodded like you understand precisely what meant - you actually have no idea.

You aren't alone. MLM compensation plans are some the hardest things on the planet to understand, unless you've a degree in mathematics. But happily, most mlm binary programs are quite simple to comprehend when you sit right down and crunch the numbers.

MLM Binary Compensation Plan Explained

The word binary means 2. So focus on the idea of two. When you sign up and begin building your new business your first goal will be to go out and find 2 people who also wish to work towards securing time and financial liberty.

You sign them up and place them on what is called your front line. Your private line of sponsorship and, as you are working a MLM binary program, you and everybody else in the business is only allowed to have up to 2 folk on their front line. Two. Only two.

So now your business is composed of you and two. Fred and Sally. And in the ultimate world both Fred and Sally would now sponsor two who sponsor two who sponsor two, etc, and everyone gets rich beyond their craziest daydreams. But , unfortunately, we reside in real life and possibilities are Fred and Sally will not do to much of anything whatsoever .

So you have to go find 1 or 2 more people and since you are only permitted to have a total of two folk on your front link, you will have to put these new recruits UNDER either Fred or Sally. Or maybe you may place one under Fred and the other under Sally. Either way.

MLM Binary Spillover

When you dropped your new recruits into the downlines of Fred and Mary, they received upline spillover. To paraphrase, you have helped them build one side of their business primarily based on your activities. And this is one of the huge advantages of the MLM binary compensation plan - the concept, if you've got an active upline, they'd essentially help you build 1/2 your business.

The challenge is you may still have to sponsor and hire a decent number of folk and place them on the other side of your business to "balance" the 2 legs because most plans only pay a commission when the product volumes balance. So while you might enjoy some massive spillover - you may only get paid when you also add new people to your business.

So that's the query you should be asking. Not is a mlm binary right for you however rather, how can you go about marketing your new business? What, in particular, is your plan to push your products, services and opportunity?

Will you use a proven online lead generation system or explode your profits using attraction marketing techniques? Have you got an advertising budget?

How can you convince people you are the upline leader they are searching for to help them reach their dreams and goals? These are the most significant questions, actually, because if anyone has made money thru a mlm binary programme ( and many have ) then it is not the comp plan that's in question . The issue is, what will you do to build your business?
