PRO U - The Complete Line to Success

CCPRO was born out of the frustration of Jay Kubassek. For three years, he experimented with several marketing plans and products in the web. The lack of assistance and guidance from the companies and supposed advisors was a cause of disappointment for Jay. However this did not stop him from building a system of his own, a system that made it feasible for him to earn a five figure income within months.

His teammates in the direct selling industry were struggling to duplicate his success. CCPRO started out a webpage wherein online marketers gained access to marketing secrets, effective marketing approaches, and tools. By 2008, CCPRO launched Business in a Box (BiB). BiB is an online marketing education package geared towards beginners. The automated turn key marketing and sales system offered by CCPRO greatly complemented BiB thereby the result was higher sales for members and high efficiency.

A complete direct sales company and product line, PRO U was developed and was eventually released in 2010. PRO U actually stands for Pro University, a branded electronic learning institute for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and leaders. The learning centre currently offers five courses: PRO Why, PRO Sales, PRO Service, PRO Legal, and PRO Leadership. The interactive e-learning platform combines auditory, visual, and hands on learning to maximize the learning process of members.

PRO Sales is founded on the best practices shared by fourteen Fortune 500 Executives. It teaches you how to enhance your sales skills and gain the confidence to implement these skills into your business. PRO Services focuses on creating a happy experience for you customers to broaden your customer base and create loyalty among them. PRO Legal is devised to aid entrepreneurs on the legal aspects of online businesses. Knowledge on the laws governing your businesses allows you to avoid potential legal issues in the future. The PRO Leadership curriculum is based on the works of Dr. Marshall Goldsmith and Dr. Frank Wagner, two of the most celebrated business thinkers in the business industry. This course comprises 13 modules that focus on personal values, behaviors, and the creation of personal philosophy of leadership.


The company also offers a four level membership program, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black. Each level is bundled with certain PRO U courses, resources for debt administration, and opportunities to be exposed to acclaimed experts such as David Bach, Simon Sinek, and Dr. Marshall Goldsmith. Members come different backgrounds from amateur online entrepreneurs to executives of major firms. Credits are acquired whenever a course is successfully completed. This is akin to earning academic units from learning institutions. Earning potential is also increased through the company's marketing partnership program. Members can get commission rates from 10-40% depending on their membership level. Points are accumulated and levels increased whenever a course is completed or a product is sold.
