Probably one of the biggest keys that I do not understand I started doing this on my own is that you're going to need a type of the hand blender for this to work and chop up all the little pieces that do not want to melt very smoothly. This is something that many people say to keep mixing and melting, but it really does not help when it gets down to the gelatin-based type of substance. You want to use that chopper to help when things down even further.
