Top 10 MLM Success Tips For Amazing Results

By Randy Disert

One of the most popular question in the MLM industry is what it takes to have success. Many people desire success, but not sure what it takes. There different thoughts about success available. Some of them are conflicting while others ramble on and you can get lost and confused while trying to keep them all straight. So what I have done is made a simple top 10 list of MLM success tips that you must have in order to achieve success in your MLM.

1. Goal Setting. You have to set large goals for yourself. You must set these large goals for yourself so that you have a reason or a why as to keep building your MLM opportunity. Bob Buford is a well known business leader who has close ties to Peter Drucker. He told me that I must "Go big or go home." The bigger your goals are, the bigger your results will be. If you set low goals for yourself, you will never achieve results larger than those goals.

2. Personal Development. You need to continuously be reading books or listening to audio on personal development and developing yourself as an individual. The topics in with personal development include, but are not limited to: self-confidence, personal philosophy, and mindset. If you do not grow as an individual, you will not grow your business.

3. Who You Associate With. You need to associate with people who are positive and will lift you up. If you are constantly around people who will tear you down, your business will see the exact same results.

4. Make a schedule. You need to make a daily and weekly schedule for yourself and your business and follow through on it. If you do not have a schedule in place you will more likely to off the work you need to do to build your business.

5. Get started now. You must get out of the learning phase and begin to actually build your business. Without action you will not have success. Your opportunity will not build itself, you need to actually put some effort into it.

6. Be coachable. Especially when you are very new, you do not know very much and must be coachable willing to learn from others who know what they are doing and have had success. This will help you grow your business. Those who have had more success than you have already been in your shoes and knows that the mistakes you are making will not help you succeed.

7. Sponsor Constantly. You need to learn how to constantly be sponsoring new distributors in your opportunity. If you just sponsor a few people you will not see any momentum happen in your opportunity and your results will be minimal.

8. Lead By Example. Your positioning as a leader to those that you recruit will effect their results. Whatever you do, they will follow in your steps. Whatever efforts you are placing into your MLM, they will do exactly same.

9. Duplicable System. You need to have a marketing and lead generation system in place that will allow your recruit to effortlessly replicate your efforts. A simple system is important so that it is easier to use and understand. Your personal success will be based on the results of those you recruit.

10. Be Patient. If you think success will be immediate, then you are just kidding yourself. This is a business and it takes time to grow and reach your goals. This takes time, work and effort. It does not happen overnight. Patience is important. Do not give up, just keep plugging away and success will come.

By following these MLM success tips you will see some great results in your opportunity. Keep in mind that you must constantly be applying them. A once and done on these tips will not let you have success. Keep thinking about your goals, keep applying the tips and you can succeed. Constant utilization will be important to your success.

Take Your Company Public and Have Investors Begging You To Take Their Money

By James Scott

In these monetarily gloomy times businesses are looking outside the box for a localized injection of economic stimulus. Banks are hording their bags of government bailout money while the small business owner is forced to fend for themselves. Nothing but doom and gloom seem to infest all aspects of present and near future financial forecasts.

There is, however, a fiscal niche being carved out as we speak by wealthy, aggressive and eager angel investors. Angel investors, private investors, micro ticket investment partnerships and other alternative financing groups are spearheading a global rally to buy into promising mid-size companies from all industry genres. The elements of a viable company prime for investment are solid and realistic growth potential, talented 'who's who' executive staff with the right educational and professional pedigrees, minimal debt, a solid business plan laying out every minute intricacy that could affect growth, financial return and the exit strategy.

Another important element that is often overlooked but is a mandatory prerequisite for the SEC regulated exchange of cash for equity is a Private Placement Memorandum. A Private Placement Memorandum takes advantage of three powerful Regulation D Rule exemptions (Rule 504, Rule 505 and Rule 506) these are technical documents that spill the beans to the potential investor. In a PPM all the financial and industry risks are put on the table as well as stock prices, a breakdown of fund raising benchmarks and what the money will be used for etc.

A Private Placement Memorandum can be costly if you hire a law firm to custom author the package for you but there are consulting firms that will do this for as little as $5000.

If you are serious about raising money for your company you need to add a Private Placement Memorandum to your list of necessary documents to hand off to the investors in order to get the cash you need in an expedient manner.

Tips to Balance between Study and Part Time Job

By Alex Wu

Working while studying is a good idea to learn new things and develop your skills. It is not just about the academic skills, but also soft skills that will be valued a lot when you later work professionally or start a business. But as part time jobs also mean more responsibility, students often find difficulties in balancing between their study and work. For sure, there are more to consider, manage, and sacrifice. But part time jobs really help you to learn the steps ahead earlier. They can be good for your resume too. Here are some tips to help you find the middle point between study and part time work.

1. Plan your time well. There should be no conflict between study and work. Once you know your class schedule, you can make arrangement about the work shifts and study schedules. It is not easy to be discipline with time, but that is the important thing you learn when taking part time jobs. Set the time, and try your best to finish all on schedule. Of course it does not need to be that strict. Some people do better with "spontaneous" scheduling, some can not. The point is to fulfill all your responsibilities. Make evaluation. When every college task is finished on time, when your grade does not go worse, and when you still get praises at the work place, then it means you are doing all right.

2. Be efficient and flexible. Part time jobs can take from 18 to over 30 hours per week. You lose that much for study and fun time. There is no way to keep the days run the same. What is possible is to learn to be efficient and flexible. You need to understand about the 'sacrifices' you have committed to. It is not necessarily so, but it is really about better time management.

By being efficient, you can think of bringing your text book or small notes during commuting and read them while waiting, or focusing on one work at a time so that it finishes right at the time and you can move on to the next task. If you know the schedule is strict, then get prepared for the day. By being flexible, you can think of doing what you like and need to do in unplanned but still controllable manners. You have to let go some things, for sure. But they can be offset pretty well if you love what you do and try to be flexible. Part time is not killing you.

3. Keep your body fit. Eat good food, do enough exercise, and take enough sleep at night. Now it starts to sound like health tips. But this is just the general rules of long term health we all need to know. What is worrying is that students often forget this, especially when they live out of the home. Make sure you maintain enough nutrients intake and exercise routinely. They will keep you fit all day long to do the tasks. Take enough sleep so that you can concentrate and feel energetic until the end of the day. Avoid junk foods, alcohols, other junk drinks like soda, and greasy foods. Take enough vegetables and fruits. They will cost you cheaper too in long term.
